The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) identifies opportunities to improve health care services and outcomes across Big Horn County. Conducted in collaboration with North Big Horn Hospital District, this process helps create a collaborative community environment that engages multiple partners and change agents. The CHNA is designed to be an open and transparent effort to listen, learn, and better understand the health priorities of our communities. It also provides an opportunity for our organizations to identify valuable partnerships and work together to strengthen services, improve access to care, and support the overall health and well-being of Big Horn County residents.
